DELIVERY INFORMATION:

For furniture deliveries please allow 7-10 days. Our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by a hired third-party logistics company and a member of our own team. We offer a flat delivery charge of $60.00 in the city. Additional charges apply for furniture deliveries in the countryside (beach).

An extra charge of $10.00 per staircase will apply if the delivery crew needs to use the stairs either up, down, inside, or outside your premise and not the elevator. The customer is advised to check the item(s) before having our delivery team carried it up to the staircase.

Our shipping fee covers the processing, handling, packing, and delivery of your order. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe.

As soon as your item arrives it is your responsibility to open your package and check for any damage in case the journey has been bumpy. Any damage needs to be reported immediately. We also ask that you keep all packaging in case you need to make a return - we cannot accept a return without the original packaging.

RETURN POLICY:

Here at Mi Casa Chic, we want to make online shopping as easy and risk-free as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Mi Casa Chic will refund a purchase for up to 7 days after delivery if it’s for change of mind. A re-stocking fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the purchase and we will arrange pick-up and return to the warehouse.

The purchaser must inspect the items and report any concerns within 24 hours. We will arrange for pick-up and if possible, delivery of a new item. Otherwise, we will credit the item and refund it in full and no re-stocking fee applies.

Damages caused by the customer during transport to their own home, Mi Casa Chic takes no responsibility. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price.

If you decide to return your purchase, you can choose from the following options;

Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shipping costs, and can be used anywhere on Mi Casa Chic and is valid for 12 months.

Exchange - Exchange for another Mi Casa Chic item to the same value, including shipping costs.

Items Ineligible for Return - We cannot accept returns for made to order goods.
